NNCIL/Sparks was founded in 1982 by a small group of people with disabilities who believe that each person, regardless of the severity of his or her disability, has the potential to grow and develop and to share fully in the joys and responsibilities of our society.
NNCIL prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, retaliation or age.
Core Services
NNCIL Core Services give people with disabilities the tools and resources they need to achieve independence. These services are provided to individuals with disabilities free of charge.
